Move in a way that feels good to you
My philosophy is built on the conviction that dance is universal. Every individual has a unique way of moving through the world.
If you have a heartbeat, you can dance.
My role as a facilitator is not to mold a dancer into a preconceived shape, but to act as a guide as they discover what movement means to them.
My dance practice is designed to be accessible to everyone, creating community and building meaningful connections with each other as well as within ourselves.
Community-focused

Collaborative Projects
As a disabled dance artist, I create inclusive environments for disabled, MAD, and marginalized artists to collaborate and empower one another through authentic movement where all bodies, all abilities, and all learners can thrive.
Over the past 20 years, I have pursued dance and teaching courses under the guidance of renowned disabled and integrated dance companies including: Axis Dance, CandoCo, Propeller Dance, Toronto Dance Theatre, and All Bodies Dance Project.
Luna Dance Institute, Foolish Operations, and Donna Redlick’s teaching have been major influences in both my career as a dancer and in the development of my own teaching methods and approach.
