If you have a heartbeat, you can dance.
Once upon a time, I was new to using a wheelchair, and I felt lost.
When I was introduced to the world of integrated dance. I found a new joy, a new passion, and a deeper connection to my body and my wheelchair than I had before.

For the past 20 years, I have been dancing, teaching, and creating space for people of all ages, abilities, and diverse experiences to find a safe space to explore, dance, and create together. In these spaces, we are all learning and growing together.
I dance outside, inside, and around city archecture.
As a disabled dance artist, I am excited to offer online classes that create a vibrant, inclusive community from the comfort of your own space. These classes are designed to engage individuals of all abilities and to encourage self-expression through movement. I take pride in adapting my teaching methods to accommodate diverse needs, ensuring everyone has the tools and confidence to participate fully.
In addition to teaching, I provide accessibility consultation services to help organizations and venues create environments where all individuals can thrive. My consultations focus on identifying barriers and implementing practical changes that enhance access to the arts. Together, we can develop strategies that foster inclusivity, making dance a language that welcomes every body.
Through my online classes and consultations, I am committed to nurturing a culture of acceptance and belonging, where every person's voice is heard and celebrated. Let's work together to build a world where art and movement are accessible.
